For more than 20 years, my career has been shaped by one central idea: companies succeed when they have the right people and expertise at the right time. My career began in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Organizational Development across international companies in automotive, IT, energy, R&D and technology. Along the way, I supported start-up, greenfield and brownfield projects and saw first-hand how challenging it can be to have specialized expertise available at the right time.

Today, I bring this experience to Remote Factory. My focus is on understanding what our customers need and connecting those needs with the right technical experts from our team flexibly, without companies having to build every capability in-house.

For me, it is not simply about providing additional resources, but about finding the right solution for each specific need from engineering and reverse engineering to technical visualization, interactive animations and supply chain.

Because sometimes a company doesn’t need more resources. It simply needs the right expertise at the right moment.
