We provide a high-tech company with dedicated remote engineering capacity to complement its internal R&D team. Starting with design support, the collaboration has grown into independent development of components and assemblies, with additional specialists added whenever specific expertise is required. The long-term setup enables the customer to flexibly scale engineering capacity according to project demand while ensuring continuity and consistent quality.
We transformed an initial product idea and rough sketches into a fully developed 3D concept for a mobile photovoltaic unit. Several design variants were evaluated and optimized through strength and vibration calculations, resulting in a technically validated design and production-ready STEP data. The project provided the customer with a solid basis for prototype manufacturing, feasibility testing and initial cost estimation.
We redesigned specialized washing baskets for small watch components to make them suitable for metal additive manufacturing. Based on existing designs, the lattice structure was optimized through several design, production and testing loops. The final solution resulted in a production-ready design and four tailored basket variants for different groups of watch components.
