For more than 20 years, my career has focused on one key belief: strong companies are built by strong teams. I started in HR, working across talent acquisition, employer branding and organizational development in international environments within the automotive, IT, energy, R&D and technology sectors. Over time, I have supported start-up, greenfield and brownfield projects, helping organizations align their people strategies with business goals.

Today, my focus is on building and scaling remote engineering and R&D teams. I help companies accelerate product development and digital transformation by providing dedicated remote teams from Slovakia. Through engineering and visualization solutions—from CAD modeling to interactive 3D animations — I help organizations bring complex ideas to life and strengthen communication with customers and partners.
